Obituary of Arnold D. Shapiro

Shapiro, Arnold D. "Arnie" Rochester: On November 29, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer, at age 86. Predeceased by his wife, Marian. Survived by his wife, Annette (Braiman) Shapiro; children, Neil (Irene) Shapiro, Kim (John LaFountain) Moss; grandchildren, Shara & Lauren Shapiro, Samantha, John & Michael Moss; brothers, Dr. Melvin (Mitzi) Shapiro, Burton (Ellen) Shapiro; step-children, Paul (Linda Urquizu) Braiman, Ellen (Alec) Greenfield; step-grandchildren, Elisabeth & Zachary Greenfield, Matthew, Noah & Jordan Braiman; step-daughter-in-law, Susan Braiman; several nieces and nephews. Arnold was a US Army veteran of WWII and a life-time member of the Midvale Country Club, serving on various committees. A member of Temple Beth David and The Pharmacists Society. Arnold's Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 Winton Rd. South) on Friday, November 30, 2007 at 12:30 PM. Map to the funeral home. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Following the interment, the family will receive friends at Midvale Country Club (2387 Baird Rd.). Map to Midvale Country Club.
