We are so sorry to hear of Don's passing. You both were such good neighbors to Beth, I have enjoying knowing you through that relationship. Nothing felt better than a wave from Don as he went by in his van. We are just down the street if we can help in any way. Hugs

Dear Linda, Bobbi, Doug, Sally, Peggy and your families: I am very sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. While I am sure that this is a very difficult time, I have no doubt that his greatest - and lasting - legacy, will be his 4 children and his grandchildren. Having had the privilege of spending time with all of you at your cottage, including, one memorial week years ago with your Dad, I know that you all have wonderful lasting memories and his spirit will remain with all of you forever. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Mike "Chief" Ullmann

Linda and family,
Deeply saddened by your loss. You were so brave to put so much effort into the Gala for the Jewish Home, when we know your heart was burdened with Don's illness.
May all the memories of the years of happiness you shared together
with your loving family remain in your hearts forever.

Dear Linda, Doug, Nicki, Bobbi, Sally, Peggy, Glenn and Families,
We were deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Don was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend and human being who will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. I can hear his voice in my head--loved the way he made long speeches at events, etc. May your warm and fond memories comfort you now and always. Go, Grampi, Go! His spirit will live forever!

Dear Linda, Bobbi, Doug, Sally, Peggy and your families ~
Mary Jane and I are saddened to learn of Don’s passing. We are in Georgia until the end of the month and we are so sorry that we cannot be with you.
For more than twenty-five years, it has always been our pleasure to be with Linda and Don. Don had so many interests ~ it was always a delight to have Don relate some historical event or bit of trivia of mutual interest. Don was always so well informed!
Over the years, thanks to the Jewish Home, Mary Jane and I had the pleasure to be at out of town conferences / adventures with Linda and Don. We fondly recall the four of us being in Jacksonville together, a dinner cruise on the river (with snow!). And after the conference, the four of us visited St. Augustine and had a wonderful walk and talk on the Atlantic Beach. And we were lucky enough to visit the Quebec cottage ~ what a beautiful retreat for the Rubens family!
It is never easy to lose a spouse or parent (or grandparent). Mary Jane and I are sure Don has left his family with wonderful memories. We hope that these memories will give you strength and solace in the days ahead!
Our sincere condolences,
Arnie and Mary Jane Gissin
