Many prayers & thoughts have been with you & family. Mr. Joffe's room at the Jewish Home was right next door to my grandmother's Esther Solomon. She passed the end of November. He was such a sweet, gentle, kind man. We would talk with each other often. There were many times when the CEO of the nursing home- Dan Katz would be visiting him. I remember asking Mr. Joffe if he was related to Dan, and he said no- he was a friend. i thought that was so nice too of Dan to pull up a chair at times & spend time with each other. i thought you should know how well liked by so many he was. Like so many of our loved ones no longer with us- he will stay in our hearts & missed forever, and i am blessed to have known him.
