Obituary of Annette Itkin

February 26, 2019 at age 103. Predeceased by her husband, Samuel; sisters, Tillie, Ida Belle & Florence. Survived by loving children, Howard (Susan) Itkin & Marjorie (Clifton) Caplan-Jackson; grandchildren, J. Grant (Steven Tesney) Caplan, Sarah Itkin, Jonathan (Alexa Scott-Flaherty) Itkin; great-grandchildren, Cleo Caplan-Tesney and Liv & Orla Itkin; beloved nieces & nephews.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Reservoir 3 at St. John's Home for their loving care of Annette.

Graveside services will be held privately.  

A period of mourning will be observed, SUNDAY, 1-3 PM at 150 Maywood Drive, 14618.

Donations in Annette's memory may be directed to St. John's Home Foundation or Willow Center.
