My deepest condolences for the family of Jeannie, she will surly be missed. I remember my talks with her, spending time in her room, talking about our families and sharing happy thoughts with each other. I remember her beautiful smile, and that fiery personality of hers. She loved to give me pointers, (excellent advice) if I do say so myself. I will really miss her, you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I have had the pleasure of caring for Jeannie during her time at the Jewish Home. I developed a close personal relationship with her and we shared many, laughs, life stories and meaningful conversations together. Jeannie always complimented me on my sense of fashion, tall figure, and then gave me chocolates to brighten my day. Jeannie had words of wisdom for me about marriage and children and was always asking about my family and especially my daughter. Jeannie loved to go shopping with her companions, and I recall her being so excited to give my daughter a gift that she found on one of her trips. I truly loved her and am deeply saddened that our time together has ended. She was a high class lady with an awesome sense of humor and fashion. I will miss her so much and also her children who I came to know very well. I have known many families during my time working at the Jewish Home. I must say that the Hurwitz children have certainly been of the most devoted that I have ever seen. I had the pleasure of getting to know Scott, Greg, and Cindy as well. I will miss all of you as well.

I have gotten to know Jeanne over the last five years and we always got along great, I know that when I went to see her she would always smile and light up. I know it is hard to loose a parent because both mine have passed, but remember they are with you always, I can feel mine around me all the time, stay strong.
