For anyone who was lucky enough to have known Anne, they know how very special she was. She had such a wonderful outgoing personality. Perhaps her greatest achievement was to have raised 3 wonderful, caring children.
We know the memories you all share of her wonderful life will hopefully somewhat help you through this sad time. She had a wonderful family that we know she was very proud of.

I am so sorry to hear about Cousin Anne. The last time I saw her was when I was in town at the beginning of March. She was a classy, intelligent, and family oriented lady. I am going to miss visiting her on future trips to Rochester. Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your mother and grandmother.

I first met Mrs. Gitlin in the Summer of 1964 when her son Lou and I worked together as Lifeguards. She and Mr. Gitlin welcomed me into their home without hesitation. Her kindness toward me will always be remembered. May God Bless.

Anne will be truly missed. My Dad (Ory) and Anne has such fun together and they always had lively conversations. Anne was willing to try new things including a trip to Western Kansas. We have wonderful memories of that time when we were together. It's a hard time and know that our thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

Iknew Mrs. Gitlin longer than most people are alive. Her daughter Eleanor was my very good friend and through the years I just loved speaking with Mrs Gitlin. She always greeted me by name and she always expressed interest in me.
She was one of a kind and there are no others like her.
The world is less kind and thoughtful because she is no longer with us.
