Obituary of Morris Herman

Morris Herman Passed away March 24, 2011 at age 89. He was predeceased by his brother, Isadore Herman. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Betty; devoted children, Alan (Elyssa) & Robert (Lynne) Herman, Susan (Phillip) Lederer; grandchildren, Leah & Sonja Herman, Julian Lederer; nieces, Alyce (Joseph) Byrne, Carol Ann Herman; nephew, Michael (Juana) Lutzky; many relatives and friends. Morris was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and resided in Rochester for more than 55 years. He retired from Xerox as a writer. He was also an actor, a model, a school board member, a playwright, a dancer, and a devoted member of Temple Beth David which he served as a board member and president. Heartfelt thanks to Kathleen Ciarico and the whole staff of Woodside Manor for their devotion, love and thoughtfulness to Morris and his family. Graveside Services will be held FRIDAY (Today) at 1:00 PM at Britton Road Cemetery.
