Obituary of Lynn K. Roth

Lynn K. Roth Brighton, May 16, 2008, three days shy of her 70th birthday. Predeceased by her parents, Sam & Anne (Weiner) Katz. She is survived by her aunt & uncle, Sylvia & Irving Stone; cousins, Paul Stone, Alan Ogden, Larry (Rachel) Ogden, and Kayleen, and a community of friends. Lynn studied technical Russian at Cornell University, and went on to work as a translator for the US during the Cold War. She loved all animals, including her beloved dogs, starting with Farfel to Benji. Canandaigua Lake was Lynn's favorite refuge. We all know that we will die someday, but Lynn knew for 3 years that her days were numbered. She chose to live her life as she always had, with love and courage. Graveside Services will be held privately in the Britton Road Cemetery. At the request of the family, there will be no home visitation.
