Jeremy N. Cantwell December 6, 2010 at age 36. Predeceased by his father, Barry Cantwell & grandfather, Anthony Formicola. Survived by mother & step-father, Kathie & William Breen; siblings, Rebecca Goldfeder, Jessica & William Breen, Ronald Cantwell, Connie Beebe and Edna Rooney; grandmothers, Annette Formicola & Eleanor Breen; step-mother, Jeanne Boeff; niece & nephews, Patrick Watkins, Joshua Goldberg, James & Christine Beebe, Donald Eckert & Matthew Jobson. Jeremy was an amazing son, brother and friend. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 11 AM at Brighton Memorial Chapel, 3325 Winton Road South.
