Obituary of Elaine Schnittman

Elaine Schnittman Passed away March 11, 2011 at age 87. Born in New York and previously of Staten Island. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 48 years, Herman Schnittman; & brother Arthur Eisner. Survived by her children, Michael Schnittman (Suzanne), Miriam Friend (Abraham), David Eisner; grandchildren, Adam Crafter (Laura Knight), Nathaniel Weiner (Elizabeth), Aaron Schnittman (Katherine), Jeremy Schnittman (Nomi); 6 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Monroe Community Hospital -Hope 2 & Visiting Nurse Service for their care of our mother. Funeral Services will take place in Staten Island. A period of mourning will take place at 1732 Highland Avenue, Thursday 7-9 PM, Friday 2-4 PM and Sunday 7-9 PM. Directions to the house of mourning.
