Obituary of Charles Shapiro

July 18, 2016 at age 85. Predeceased by his wife, Thelma. Survived by his devoted children, Diane (Michael) Campoli, Ronald (Grace), Debra, Paul & Mark Shapiro; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Ben Shapiro of England; many nieces, nephews & extended family. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Jewish Home & especially Rose, Tamika & Gloria for their loving care. Charles served in the Korean War, and was as a Master Chef at the Americana Rochester Hotel & Rio Bamba. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 11 AM in The All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park. Following the burial, the family will receive friends in the gathering room of White Haven until 2 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jewish Senior Life Foundation or National Kidney Foundation in Charles' memory.
