Obituary of Lillian Ergas Levine

On January 15, 2012 at age 86. Predeceased by, brothers, Norman Ergas & Milton Ergas; sister, Frieda Meislen. Survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Don; sons, Steven (Valerie) Levine & Martin (Adrienne) Levine; grandchildren, Amy (Adam) Hammer, Todd (Frances) Levine, Andrea (Thomas) DiLorenzo & Daniel Levine; great grandchildren, Yale & Chloe Hammer, Michael & Victoria DiLorenzo, Noah Levine; many nieces & nephews. A 40 year survivor of cancer; Lillian assisted in the Manhattan Project at the University of Rochester and was the last president of Itek's 25 Year Club. The family wishes to thank the entire staff on 4 NE at the Jewish Home of Rochester for their wonderful care of Lillian. A special thank you, also, to Jill Katz for all her support. Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 AM, in the chapel at Brighton Memorial Chapel (3325 Winton Road South) CLICK FOR A MAP. The family will receive friends at the funeral home at 10AM.
