Obituary of Jack M. Pitlick D.D.S.

Jack M. Pitlick, of Rochester, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2006 at age 86. Jack was born December 2, 1919 in Rochester, NY the son of the late Alexander and the late Anna (Levy) Pitlick. Predeceased by brother J. Leonard Pitlick. He is survived by: his wife of 63 years Dorothy (Sands) Pitlick daughters, Barbara (John) Lovenheim, Judith Pitlick (Jerome Emhoff) grandsons, Daniel, Michael (Rebbecca) Lovenheim sister in law, Mary Pitlick nieces and nephews Jack was a Veteran of WWII and the Korean War. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 1:00 PM in the Main Sanctuary of Temple B’rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Avenue).
