we were so sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing. I have known her since I was a little kid as her and Mort were good friends with my parents. Marilyn was an amazing person, full of a positive glowing energy. She was the center of so many JCC plays. Her bright light shined and made the world a happier place. She will be missed. Our condolences go out to you Mort and your family. Special regards to Bobby.

Marilyn was my mentor and friend.
When I first came on board at the JCC Centerstage, she guided me and taught me the wardrobe and costume part of theatre. I will never forget her, her wonderful smile and her total and complete kindness to everyone.
She will be missed.

In my adulthood, Marilyn became more than my aunt. She became my aide in dealing with my aging parents, the one who cared about everything Sam and Jamie were doing, my "mom' to turn to and my friend. There is a huge hole in my life that won't be refilled.

My earliest memory of Mrs Goldberg dates back to when she was President of Beth Shomon PTO. I was in Bobby's Hebrew School class. She always had a smile on her face. And then we reconnected at the JCC. She loved being active and being with people and peopke enjoyed being in her company. May your living memories warm your hearts forever.
