Obituary of Sidney M. Monson

Sidney M. Monson Passed away January 6, 2011 at age 95. He was predeceased by his parents, Max & Bessie Monson. He is survived by his wife, Maria (Rotolo) Monson; children, Marjorie (Thomas) Siembor, Laurie (William) Vidro, Robert Monson, Debbie Monson–Mercado; grandchildren, Erin (James) Borrelli, Roger Mahle, Brandon & Allison Vidro, Adam Mercado; great- grandchildren, Evelynne, Annalise and Levi Borrelli; step-son, Gary (Elaine) Santangelo; step-grandsons, David (Lori) Santangelo, Steven (Kathy) Santangelo; step great-grandchildren, Thomas, Madeline, Morgan & Lusine Santangelo; sisters, Flaura Kaufman & Leah Monson; many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Sidney owned Veteran’s Garage, in Rochester & was a WWII veteran. Funeral Services will be held on TUESDAY at 1PM at Brighton Memorial Chapel, 3325 Winton Road South. Interment Britton Road Cemetery. A period of mourning will be observed by Sidney’s children on Tuesday from 6-9 PM at 16 Aconbury Drive in Fairport.
