Obituary of Ernst Auerbacher

Ernst Auerbacher, Ed.D Passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2006 at age 75. He is survived by his loving wife Iris Ort Auerbacher, and sister Susie (Saul) Katz, of Long Island many nieces, nephews, grand nieces & grand nephews. Ernst was a former Assistant Superintendent for Finance of the Rush-Henrietta Schools, a Past President of the Rochester NYSASBO, and a Past President of the Henrietta Chamber of Commerce. He volunteered at HICAP, the Lamberton Conservatory and the Henrietta Food Cupboard. Burial will be held in Flushing, New York. Friends may gather to share “Ernie Stories” at the RIT Inn & Conference Center (5257 West Henrietta Road) on Saturday, May 6th at 4 PM. Those wishing may contribute to the James P.
