Obituary of Sherwin I. Menter

Sherwin I. "Red" Menter Predeceased by his parents, Joseph & Rose Menter; sister, Pauline Sereno. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Shirley; children, Gail (David) Wolk & Michael Menter; grandchildren, Jeremy (Melanie) Wolk, Stacey (Adam) Wolk-Oshrin; great grandson, Jason Matthew Oshrin; sister-in-law, Cindy Rosenbloom; brother-in-law, Alan Rosenbloom; and many dear friends. Red was a Navy Veteran of World War II who served in the Philippines and recently flew on the Honor Flight program. For 35 years he worked for Ancoma Heating & Cooling, where he serviced all the local Wegmans and was a member of Union-Local 46 for 55+ years. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 2 PM in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park. Click here for directions to the cemetery.
