David A. Taschman Brighton: May 4, 2009. Predeceased by his brothers, Rabbi Gershon & Joseph Taschman; sister, Gloria Slotsky. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Deborah; children, Barry, Cyndy & Robert (Lori) Taschman; grandchildren, Zachary, Jane & Carrie; many nieces & nephews. David was a longtime member of the Knights of Pythias and was a World War II Lead Bombardier. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 1 PM in White Haven Memorial Chapel (210 Marsh Road). Click here for a map to the cemetery. Friends are asked to gather at the main entrance. Following the funeral, a period of mourning will be observed at 121 Caversham Woods in Pittsford, Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
