Obituary of William Shear

William Shear Passed away on January 2, 2011 at age 98. Survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Evelyn; children, Garrick (Terry Siden) Shear, Roxanne (Edwin) Schulman & Sheldon (Diane) Shear; grandchildren, Seth, Jeremy (Celeste Murphy-Schulman), Risa & Daniel Schulman; Andrew & Maxwell Shear; 4 great grandchildren. In 1936, Mr. Shear along with his business partner, Irving Cherry opened the Economy Paper Co., which continues to thrive today under the leadership of both founder's sons, Sheldon Shear & Robert Cherry. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 10 AM in the Sanctuary of Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Rd. S. Click here for directions to Beth El. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
