Obituary of Belle Goldstein

Belle Goldstein (nee Zakofsky) Brighton: Passed away April 15, 2010 at age 88. Loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survived by her devoted husband of 68 years, Sol Goldstein; children, Marilyn (Joel) Greenberg, Paul (Cynthia) Goldstein and Barbara (Randall) Halm; grandchildren, Cary (Stacey) Greenberg, Scott (Audrey) Greenberg, Brett (Outi) Goldstein, Courtney (Jay) Tobin, Zachary (Joanne) Halm; great-grandchildren, Cydney, Calista, Rachel, Daniel, Maxwell, Jacob, Henry, Roman, Isabella & Lola; brother-in-law, William Goldstein; sister-in-law, Joyce Goldstein; many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. The family wishes to extend a warm thank you to the administration and staff at the Brightonian Nursing Home and to her special companions: Nancy, Linda, Nancy, Maxine and Al. Belle will be remembered as an accomplished artist and avid knitter. She was a former member of Midvale C.C., the JCC, and Hadassah. Funeral Services will be held in the main sanctuary of Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Road South (Click for a Map to Temple) on Sunday, April 18th at 11:00 AM. Interment, Britton Road Cemetery.
