Obituary of Clayton J. Bittker

On November 6, 2011 at age 93. Predeceased by his sister, Marion B. Saltzburg. He is survived by his wife, Ruth and their son Donald L. (Susan J.) Bittker; grandsons, Aric T. (Bobbi) Bittker and their children, Harry, Jordana and Shoshana and Joshua A. (Katherine Starbuck-Bittker) and their children, Gray, Dean and Zeke Bittker With Ruth, founded and operated Bittker Caterers until 1981. A veteran of World War II and member of the Jewish War Veterans of USA - David J. Kauffman Post #41 Funeral Services will be held TODAY, MONDAY at 11 AM in the Rabbi Abraham Solomon Chapel at Temple Beth El (139 Winton Road). Interment in Britton Road Cemetery. Family will receive friends on MONDAY, 4-6 PM and TUESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Summit at Brighton (2000 Summit Circle Drive). Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice in Clayton’s memory.
