Obituary of Jacob Folkman

Formerly of Suffern NY where he owned and operated Suffern Window Cleaning Company. Jacob passed away on December 13, 2010 at age 84. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 57 years Edith; brother, Hy Folkman; sisters, Celia Amster and Frances Tesoriero. He is survived by his devoted children, Diane (Jim) Oates of Webster, NY, Sid (Ilana) Ben-Ami of Ra'anana, Israel; loving and proud Papa of Alan Oates, Joseph Oates (fiance Mona Langen) and Avichai Ben-Ami; sister, Ruth Zalen of MD; brother in law, Edward (Sandra) Davis of NJ; nieces and nephews especially Stan & Val Zalen, Sid, Helene & Chuck Amster, Janice & Jerry Wermiel. The family wishes to express its appreciation to the staff at Wolk Manor with a special thanks to Kelly Chadwick and also to the staff of the 5200 & 5400 units at Rochester General Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 17, 2010 at 12 PM (Noon) in Temple Sinai (363 Penfield Rd). Click For a Map Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
