Obituary of Marvin L. Finestone

Marvin L. Finestone Brighton: On February 10, 2010 at age 83. Predeceased by his daughter, Marla Jane; parents, Harry & Florence; sister, Marion Finestone. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Minnie; beloved son, Mark (Cindy) Finestone; adored grandchildren, Marlee, Michael & Parker; sister, Elaine Eplan; nephew, Gary (Elisa) Eplan; great-nieces & nephew, Emily, Olivia & Alexander; cousin, Maxine Gold. Marvin was born & raised in Rochester. A graduate of Monroe High School. He joined the Air Force at age 17. Upon his graduation from Syracuse University he began a career in Real Estate becoming a Broker & eventually owning Ledge Rock Development, a Residential & Apartment Complex Construction Company. Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 12 Noon in the Benjamin Goldstein Chapel of Temple B'rith Kodesh, 2131 Elmwood Avenue. Click here for directions to the temple. Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Immediately following the Funeral a Period of Mourning will be observed at 465 Warren Avenue until 4 PM and will continue Monday & Tuesday from 4-8 PM.
