Obituary of Harry Cornell

Harry Cornell Passed away on September 17, 2011, 3 days shy of his 104 birthday. Predeceased by his wife, Regina "Jean"; parents, Ida & Lazar Cohen; brother, Maurice J.Cornell ; and sisters, Anna Cohen & Sara Fishman. He is survived by his loving children, Linda Cornell Weinstein (Sherwin) and David Cornell (Olivia); six grandchildren, Rachel Weinstein (Jason Pizer), Joshua Weinstein (Jennifer), Michael Cornell (Fiancee, Courtney Rapp), Deborah Hirsch (Jeffrey), Richard Weinstein, Susan Kantor (Ted); 10 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Bernice; and several nieces & nephews. Harry founded Cornell Jewelers in 1923. The family wishes to express appreciation for the loving care provided by Suzanne Matthews, Barbara Schreier & Kimberly Davide. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2011 at 10:30 AM in the Main Sanctuary of Temple Beth El (139 Winton Rd. S.). Click here for directions to the temple. Interment, Mt.
