Obituary of Steven Kassirer

Unexpectedly on October 22, 2018, at the age of 53. Predeceased by his father Philip. Survived by his loving mother, Bernice Kassirer; siblings, Alan (Kathy) Kassirer and Shari (Sean) Murphy; nieces & nephews, Brenna (Zach), Patrick (Jess), Alan, Ken and Mandy (Dave); 6 great-nieces & nephews; uncle, Jerry (Sheridan) Kassirer; aunts, Marilyn (Stanley) Kassirer-Wayne and Gail Spitulnik; special friends Tracy and Dan; other family & many loving friends.  A special thank you to the wonderful Irondequoit Police Department and the New York State Police in Oneonta.

A Memorial Service will be privately held. The family will receive friends on FRIDAY, November 2, 2018 from 6-9 PM at 299 Scholfield Road in Irondequoit. Donations may be made to a charitable organization of your choosing in Steve’s memory.
