October 11, 2018 at age 86. Predeceased by her husband, Irving; parents, Herbert & Muriel Rotenberg. She is survived by her loving children, Lawrence, Patti (Dr. Neil) Goldstein & Barbara Brontman; grandchildren, Mindy (David) Swidler, Robert (Ryan) Goldstein, Erin Murphy, Melissa (Chris) Thayer & Nichole Murphy; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Haley & Harper; sister, Hinda (Michael) Miller; nieces & nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 12 Noon at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations in Lyla's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
