David Weingarten

August 30, 2002 at age 97. Predeceased by his wife, Katherine. Survived by his son, Martin Weingarten; daughter & son-in-law, Annette and Norris Shapiro; grandchildren, Mindi & Vance Collom and Michael Shapiro; great granddaughter, Nicole Katherine Collom; sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 1st at 1 PM in the Chapel of the Parsky Fuenral Home, 1125 St. Paul St. Interment, Britton Road Cemetery. Friends wishing may contribute to the Jewish Community Center, 1200 Edgewood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618, Temple Beth El, 139 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14610 or the Jewish Home Foundation, 2021 S. Winton Road, Rochester, NY 14618 in his memory. Following the funeral a period of mourning will be observed at 226 Barry Road, Sunday 7-9 PM, Monday & Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
