Obituary of Rita P. Underberg

Rita Underberg, Ph.D, Passed away peacefully February 20, 2006. Dr. Underberg is survived by her Loving husband of 54 years, Stanley daughter, Leslie (Gary) Briggs [Leslie Gordon] son, Paul (Sharon) Underberg grandchildren, Daniel and Jillian Underberg brother, Alan (Claire) Posner of Warwick, NY many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister, Irene Kaplan. Dr. Underberg was a Clinical Professor Emeritus at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at 1 PM in the main sanctuary of Temple B'rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Ave.). Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family will observe a period of mourning at 27 Farm Field Lane in Pittsford, Wednesday 7-9 PM, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Friday 2-4 PM.
